OLS House in Germany is defined by the extreme curves and the organic shapes. The building is constructed using the RCC as the key element. The architects who designed this building are, J.Mayer H. Architects. The house is designed for a family of four.
The anti-glare sheets along with the slats used in this building makes the house a bit protected towards the sun light. Along with this, the roof of this house is also installed with the solar panels.
The architects says about this house as,” there is an elevated ground floor where the main entrance is situated. Along with that there is a spa and utility room on the same floor. On second floor , an open and flowing floor plan is followed. A living , kitchen and dining is also placed on this floor. The maximum height glazing makes it possible to view the valley and terrace over the flat ground area.
The area located in the upstairs is nothing but just an area where, sleeping, bathrooms and of course dressing room is provided. The key design element of this house is the stairs ,designed in sculptural variant. These stairs connects all the three levels of the house. The overall looks of this house are extremely amazing.
