If we start to eat half, drink double the water, begin to put efforts in your work three times and start laughing four times than at present. Your entire experience is bound to change. Plenty of energies unlock, and your life is full of more happiness, wellness and benefits by remaining in a good mood. Seventy percent of diseases are due to stress amongst the human beings. There are more than one way to do away with the stress, and the major one is through Laughter.

All over the world ( sixty-five countries), in cities, metros and towns many laughter centers are coming up. Laughter Yoga centers get automatically established by the morning walkers, who form groups, do light to moderate exercises, and laugh. They laugh together in a group, without any reason, unconditionally.
In the session of Laughter Yoga, all age and sex persons get together to perform 20-25 minutes of Pranayama, Tadasana, Kapalbhati, nadi shodhan and bhastrika. Such exercises are performed in a balanced way including Laughing, Pranayama, jogging and clapping, and they transform your life in a wondrous way slowly.

Dr. Kataria from India is the founder of Laughter Clubs movement. He is a medical doctor, known as Guru of Giggling( London Times). Other prestigious publication like The Wall Street Journal, Time magazine, The New Yorker, National Geography have written column on his mission. He got featured in the CNN, BBC, most of the US Networks, Europe, and Asia Networks have featured him for the joy he has shared for one and all.

Studies in USA and Bengaluru in India confirm such findings. Since the outcome of research-based favorable results, the Laughter Yoga has turned the business world attention for following the routine vigorously. Most of the fitness centers, Schools, Universities, Hospitals and others regularly follow Laughter Yoga.
