You Need to Know: High Protein But Vegetarian Food Has More Benefits

Having protein in the diet is essential. Taking the amino acids from the proteins are necessary to repair the cells and to improve the health of the humans. The American Medicine Institute has advised the daily consumption of protein in the case of males to 56 gms and females 46 gms.

Dr. Walter Logo of The University of Southern California Longevity Institute has recommended in his research that people should cut down eating the protein of meats. If they take high protein diet and do not take carbohydrate then, their weights will go down. Dr. Logo’s research has declared that cancer has the chances to develop in those who have the daily calories intake of 20 % protein. They have the risk of 400 % higher than those who take 10 % intake of calories through the protein. The old age hastens due to having higher protein. Having much protein is the reason of more diseases. The death can occur earlier.

In 2015, the food companies had declared that they will stop using artificial colors and flavor from their products. That does not mean that that type of food is healthier. Director, Dr. David Katz and his team of Yale University have scientifically studied many kinds of diets. They concluded that low fat of vegetables and simple food is the real food. Further, to this Katz added that fruits, vegetables, whole grains, Beans, dry fruits, seeds and foods with minimum food processing should be encouraged.

Avoid zero calorie food and drinks:

To reduce the weight, it seems a good idea to cut down the calories from the sugar. But there are problems associated with calories limited food and snacks. Sara Bleach, Associate Professor, of John Hopkins Public Health School, disclosed that the sweet sensors of the brain of people who use Diet soda cannot keep a track of energy or sugar amount taken. The study pointed out that diet soda drinker had taken in more calories than the sweet soda taker.

What should You eat on daily basis:

Tomatoes and Cauliflower:

Both of these have anti-cancer elements. One study points out that having both together the benefits get increased.

Green tea and Lemon:

Mixing green tea and lemon the anti-oxidants elements remain to 80% safe. The acid in the lemon preserve these elements.

Spinach and the Orange:

The researchers have concluded that the human body absorbs more of iron on having together the spinach vegetable and the orange.

Turmeric and the Black pepper:

A study pointed out that the ingredients of beneficial effects of having only just turmeric alone is not found in the blood.  By Having turmeric in conjunction with black pepper, the turmeric was accepted and assimilated in the body.
