It is human nature to follow the daily routines by the habits formed.  Most of us unknowingly observe the same style and pattern of doing things without thinking about the consequences. Therefore, it is good to get into good habits to achieve harmony and happiness in life. It is better to know about the practices you have whether they’re good or bad for health and wellbeing of one and all.  Get into making good health by adopting the right habits.

The arrangement and sticking to the habit changing decision is essential. Procrastination will affect in the making to a good health and chances to improve overall in life.The earlier one finds what triggers one to do well would help one a long way to get round to obstacles. It is good to take shelter behind commendable habits and not be prone to alcohol, smoking, narcotics, excessive eating, or over-medicating.

  1. Moderation – Eat not to dullness; drink not to elevation.

  4. Resolution – Resolve to perform what you ought; perform without fail what you resolve.
  5. Economy – Make no expense but to do good to others or yourself; i.e., waste nothing.
  6. Management – Lose no time; be always employed in something useful; cut off all unnecessary actions.
  7. Honesty – Use no hurtful deceit; think innocently and justly, and, if you speak, speak accordingly.
  8. Fairness – Wrong none by doing injuries, or omitting the benefits that are your duty.
  9. Moderation – Avoid extremes; forbear resenting injuries so much as you think they deserve.
  10. Sanitation – Tolerate no uncleanliness in body, clothes, or habitation.
  11. Tranquility – Be not disturbed at trifles, or at accidents common or unavoidable.
  12. Fidelity – Rarely use sexual indulgence but children, never to mediocrity, weakness, or the injury of your own or another’s peace or reputation.
  13. Modesty – Imitate Great thinkers and whose name is taken with reverence since centuries.
