Dry moringa leaves and then crush them to make a powder. To a half teaspoon, homemade moringa powder, add a few pieces of Indian gooseberry and half glass of water. Blend the ingredients, strain, and drink every morning. 

2. Green tea

Green tea is a good source of polyphenols such as epigallocatechin gallate that positively affects the body’s defence mechanism. Research shows that if you consume green tea regularly, it can alter the functions of white blood cells and prevent several chronic diseases. Drink a cup of green tea two to three times a day to improve immunity.

3. Garlic

The immune-boosting properties of garlic is due to sulphur-containing compounds such as allicin. Allicin is antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory. 4. Fenugreek seed

Make a habit of chewing a few basil leaves the first thing in the morning. You may also add a few holy basil leaves to a half cup of boiling water, make tea, or add basil leaves to your food.

2. Ginger

Also, cardamom exhibits diuretic properties that lower blood pressure. It boosts the digestive system and relieves acidity. 

Sprinkle cardamom powder over your food or add it to your morning tea.

4. Fennel seeds

Fennel seeds are a rich source of vitamin C. Vitamin C is vital for tissue repair and collagen synthesis and is a potent antioxidant that fights free radical damage. Fennel seeds have antibacterial properties. It inhibits the growth of potentially harmful microorganisms. 

Soak a teaspoon of fennel seeds in water and leave it overnight. In the morning, strain and drink the water.
