Sustainable and unique interiors is the key of the new 4-star hotel named as, Fetcher! The hotel Fletcher is situated in Amsterdam and the designer firm is KOLENIK eco chic design. The hotel was inaugurated for public on the 11th day of January 2013. The style with which this hotel is designed is known for natural and unique materials developed with an honest intention.
This overall setup is just pure luxury and appears to be warm place. The hotel is having a terrace on the roof on the 19th floor exclusively for the smokers. Just below this, there is a restaurant, SKY RESTAURANT PI that provides a 360 degree view of the Amsterdam City.
The chairman of the Fletcher hotel, Chris Luken says, that, being completely round with an open kitchen is simply amazing and going to rock the city. Kolenik used one of the largest chandeliers in the world for the Lounge of restaurant. The weight of this chandelier, named ‘the dream’ is about 1500 kg.
The chandelier, suspended above the bar in restaurant is 4 m high and 9 m wide. Whaletone is another unique feature used in the lounge. This showpiece is in the form of a whale. Materials used to make the piano entirely sustainable i.e. no ivory keys are used. The proceedings made by selling instruments are parted in order to support initiatives regarding whale protection.
