Changing weather can give you a new headache of seasonal allergies. You may have to think more about tissues than your workout. Here are some tips to avoid workout mistakes which can help you in being healthy.


1.Exercise with caution: Before leaving home, check the humidity levels. If they are high, it’s better to exercise at home.

2.Do not use Carpet or a rug for workout.

3.Do take a shower immediately after workout. Wash your exercise clothes daily.

4.Before leaving your home, have a pair of sunglasses with you. They not only protect your eyes but also act as a blocker to pollen.

5.Take allergy medicines advised by your Doctor properly.
