This 300 year old farm house is the key element of the project we are going to have a look at today in this post. This 300 year old farmhouse has been built and renewed completely in an all new manner. Architects, Markus Wespi and Jérôme de Meuron, from Australia are the one who carried out this project named as, Casa Olivi.
This project was a real extensive task and just got completed in four years. The inside of this house has been completely modified while the outside of this house, being protected under the administration of Cultural and history department of Italy, left untouched.
The house is located on a sloping hill and hence the panoramic views along with the 360 degree views of the surroundings make this house a great and sophisticated place to live. This house is just an example of perfect and exceptional standards of finishing. There are a lot of areas in this house where you will find the cutting edge finishing.
Some of the place such as, the bathroom (Phillipe Starck), the most beautiful part of this houses i.e. the infinity pool, or even in the ultra-modern kitchen you will find the reasons why this house has been called as an exceptionally constructed one.
This house, Casa Olivi, is luminous, comfortable, and above all being a three story building, it’s spacious. The ground floor consists of a living room and one the five bedrooms. This house, being renovated is now having a one bedroom guest house at the ground floor.
