Have a look at this new project named as LM Guest House. The project has been designed by the Desai Chia Architecture in New York’s Duchess County. The main motto behind the project was to create something that creates an environment for a better weekend vacation experience of the client. This place provides great views because of the green vegetation surroundings.
The environment here is just perfect and you will definitely feel your tensions getting lower and ultimately the experience here will charge you up for a great week ahead. There are no walls in the parallelepiped-shaped dwelling. The walls are replaced by the glass and it creates a seamless transition in between of outdoor and indoor of the house.
The frame made up of steel acts as a cantilever agent for the roof over bedroom and open living spaces. During the day, the house is flooded by natural day light. The interiors are spacious, neat breezy and of course elegant. There is a feel of freedom in the living area with the use of wooden details. You will feel, “yeah! I am in between of wood.”
There is a wood core that allows the flow of sleeping and living area disguising the bathing, mechanical and storage space. There are two couchettes provided with built in bed to accommodate additional guests. White oak provides warmth and texture to the house. So have a look and comment.
